This book contains fifty literary Maqaamaat by one of the most famous people of this art: Abu Mohammed Al-Qasim Ibn Ali Ibn Mohammed Ibn Othman Al-Hariri, of Basra, Iraq. Al-Maqaamah (plural form: Al-Maqaamaat) is a novel in rhymed prose that is quoted in a specific place and includes many of the pearls of the Arabic language, unique masterpiece of literature, wisdom, proverbs and rare poems, which indicate the capacity of knowledge and the high status of the public storyteller, in rhymed prose. ![]()
